HOW TO BOOK

Visit the Jordan Accardi web site.Jordan Accardi is just 4 years old. He lives in Coventry, England.   Jordan was diagnosed on 1st November 2004 with stage 4 Neuroblastoma - a day his family will never forget. Neuroblastoma is a rare childhood cancer affecting only 100 children in the UK every year.
Brave Jordon has already in his short life had to under go life threatening surgery
and very large doses of chemotherapy.

We heard about the need to raise money to send Jordon to America for further treatment. In the UK and Europe treatment for Neuroblastoma is not as advanced as in the US where there are more clinical trials underway. We are therefore looking to raise funds to pay for additional treatment if needed to ensure we give this very brave and deserving young boy every possible chance. A campaign has started to raise the funds needed. The family are being helped by a number of friends, family, work colleagues, and some business's even total strangers have come forward offering to help. Please take time to have a look at Jordons web site, and if you feel you could help either by donation or fund raising please get in touch. There are charity auctions and raffles and charity concert nights being held locally to raise money.

Jacqui Jordan pictured here with Big Ron in Coventry City Centre. We filled the limo with balloons to help raise funds for Jordan. The winner who correctly guessed the amount of balloons inside was Kirsty Moss aged 16 who won a ride in Big Ron and a meal at the Coventry Hill Hotel. We managed to raise £650. Mercia Sound came along to the event.

Here he is, young Jordan, he came along with his family to see the limo for himself and to have a sit in it.

We held a similar event over the Bank Holiday at Binley Fire station's open day. We teamed up with the Odeon cinema for the chance to win film tickets to see Herbie Reloaded chauffeur driven in Big Ron and Herbie. Pictured here are Claudette Jordan (one of our chauffeurs), Gemma Brite, Clare Brookes and Michelle Orton, photo taken by Lisa Slevin (on Simon Snorkel) who is a Fire Fighter at the station and also a Chauffeur with us at Beetle Drive.

THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ ABOUT THIS APPEAL.

Beetle Drive helped to make a trip to the Belfry Golf Centre a very special day out for Asiya and Sam from the Acorns Children's Hospice in Birmingham. We took them in style in our stretched Beetle from the hospice to the Belfry where we enjoyed lunch, buggy rides and some professional golf tuition.

Asiya and Sam pose for the photos outside the hospice.

BBC were here filming the girls on their special trip for Children in Need.

Now then this is Steve and Asiya, there was much fighting for the front seat of the buggy between the girls, apparently Steve smells nice and is very handsome. He was the main topic of conversation for the day.

Click to read Assya's story. The Belfry provided Sam and Asiya with some tutoring with one of their pro's Jamie. Both girls were very impressive at this golf drive, Asiya was gaining confidence and decided to coach me and taught me very well as I couldn't even hit the ball to begin with.

Beetle Drive would like to thank the Asiya and Sam for a great day out, these girls have a great sense of humour and had us all laughing all day.

Please take time to have a look at Acorns web site, (click logo above) you can read Asiya's remarkable story here, this exert is taken from her story.

"Assya's life has been packed with adventure. Assya was nominated as a Child of Achievement in 1996 and met Jeremy Guscott and John and and Norma Major - who, with a cheeky smile, Assya describes as a bit of an old bag!"

Acorns are raising money for their new Hospice. They need vital funds to continue  to provide care for children who are not expected to live until adulthood, please consider donating to this worthy charity, they provide wonderful support to the children and their families across the west Midlands.
