 Beetle Drive UK Ltd were the first VW dedicated wedding car company in the UK. We started off with a unique idea to offer you something totally different for your wedding day. Since we began, VW wedding cars have become the new trendy alternative to the classic vehicles of yesteryear traditionally used to transport you in style to your ceremony. Now a new era of wedding car transport has began and we are proud to have been at the forefront of this change which has been a long time coming.
 You might be a VW enthusiast, a fan of " Herbie" the ‘Love Bug’ or you might just be unconventional and want to arrive for your wedding accompanied by the roar of an air cooled Volkswagen engine, shiny chrome bumpers and the familiar curves of our VW Beetles, or simply to enjoy the iconic status of the VW camper van.
The cars will be decorated with your choice of ribbons, and guaranteed to turn the heads of guests and passers by.
 You will be chauffeur driven by our team who will attend to your every need to ensure your arrival at the wedding venue is relaxed and on time.
 We want to make sure that you have your dream car for your wedding day that will be remembered by you and your guests for years to come. This is Charlie in her dream 'Love Bug'.

 Need ideas? We could pick up the groom in the convertible or Herbie or a cool camper, the bride and bridesmaids in a limousine or VW van and bride and father in a cabrio and after the service the cars will be available for photos.
Our ‘rag top’ car roofs will be open and cabriolet hoods down (weather permitting of course) for the bride and groom to have a champagne toast on us before travelling together to the reception.
 The bridal party and best man could then travel to the reception in our limousine or bus.
We will tailor your requirements to suit, we always do our best to cater for our clients.
 Our VW Beetle cabriolets will be equipped with rugs for cooler days and our drivers will always try to ensure that you arrive without that ‘wind swept’ look! Don't forget you can also have the hood up, we can take it down near the venue for the arrival at Church / reception photos. Your driver will take the cabriolet roof down for you for ease of entry in a wedding dress, passenger seats will be moved forward for extra room and we will assist you into and out of the car to ensure that you are not going to arrive creased.
 Beetle Drive will always do everything we can to cater for our disabled, blind or deaf clients, we will help where ever possible anybody into and out of our cars. Cabriolets are quite suitable for people with a disability as we can take the hood down which makes entry much easier. Front seats will be adjusted to their maximum to allow extra leg room. Any wheelchairs will need to be taken in another vehicle as the luggage space is limited in Beetles. It may be possible to carry a chair in our Campers just let us know your requirements.
The majority of our cars have CD players so feel free to request music and we will do our best to source it for you or you are welcome to provide a CD yourself. Pepi 1965 Saloon still has an original radio from the 60's so music requests are not available, however we can provide radio Frankfurt at no extra cost!
 Also we include decoration of the cars. You can choose the colour of your ribbons, perhaps the colour of your bridesmaids dresses or your favourite football team, we like to dress the Beetles with a VW design on the bonnet as a quirky addition. If you have a request let us know and we will do our best to provide it for you.

 We have silk flower arrangements in our cars, but we can arrange for fresh flowers if desired (this will be additional cost).
"just married" signs can be added to the car for your journey to the reception or your drive after a civil ceremony together, you can also request tin cans to be attached if required, it’s up to you.
 These fantastic flowers were ready for me to arrange when I arrived at the house. If you have your own flowers we will be happy to arrange them for you or you can put them in yourself if you like!

 HOW MUCH WILL THESE FANTASTIC CARS COST US? you will be pleasantly surprised. Please contact us for a quote if you are outside our local area. This quote will based on mileage and time to get to you. ENQUIRIES
 Not everybody drinks alcohol so if you would prefer an alternative drink to the complimentary bottle provided let us know. We provided tea and biscuits for this occasion!
We supply a complimentary full size bottle of decent quality sparkling white Brut with a propper 'popping' cork in the bridal car and bubbly for every other car hired.
 Tin cans (Guinness actually) follow on behind the Bride & Grooms car.
AREAS WE CAN COVER: Wedding car hire, Midlands, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Birmingham, Bedfordshire, Staffordshire, Rutland, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Worcestershire, East side of Shropshire, south Cheshire, Worcestershire, Banbury. Please note our older classic cars are limited to less miles due to their age and speed maximum 80 miles, Limos Mark 1&2 and Big Ron up to 100 miles including all onward travel from our base, Milo is limited to local weddings only and not available during the winter, we will travel less miles during the winter months. If you are out of our area click here for other VW's available. Please note that we also restrict ongoing miles after collection as it is not practical to do long distance in some of our cars. Please ask if you are unsure.

 This is Graham one of our Chauffeurs attending Tim & Jens wedding 17th October 2004. We have male and female Chauffeurs on our team.
 Herbie and his Mrs (Pepi) are often seen attending weddings together.

 When the bugs attend weddings as a suprise to the guests the whole affect is amazing, people can't help but smile and the cameras come out in force.
 We will always do what ever we can to assist wheel chair users, it may be possible to carry a wheel chair in Casper / Otis depending on the design of the chair. Contact us with your requirements. The Beetle Limos may also be a good choice for passengers with a disability, however luggage space is limited so wheelchairs may need to be carried in another vehicle.

Beetle Drive also give a discount for local weddings (all events up to 30 miles from our CV9 base) taking place during the week, Monday -Thursday email us for details. **
The VW Limousines seat up to six passengers depending on the size of the person, however you should consider dress size if requiring 6 passengers. Should your requirements be different let us know in advance of the date of hire.
