Please have details of your wedding day available if you know them as we can not quote without the address information please mention which car/s you would like quotes for. Please see our FAQ's page if you have a question, if your answer is not there feel free to ask us. Please read the section about the child car seat laws if you have children to transport to the wedding in our vehicles, rear facing baby seats may not be suitable in our cars.
If you wish to go ahead with your booking we require 25% deposit. This is non refundable should you cancel. (Divide the total price quoted by 4 to work out 25%) if you have to cancel your wedding but then re-book your cars for a different date subject to car availability we will use your previous deposit and transfer it. You will need to contact us to re-quote for you.
We reserve the right to change our prices on this web site any time, quotations given are valid for up to 8 weeks.
Please make cheques payable to Beetle Drive UK Ltd. We ask that you put a booking form or covering letter with your payment to include pick up times, venues, who we are picking up ie: Bride & Father, groom & best man etc in which vehicle, any times etc. Ribbon colours if known, and requests you may have and your contact details. IF PAYING DIRECTLY INTO THE BANK MAKE SURE YOU ADVISE US THAT YOU HAVE MADE YOUR PAYMENT IN ORDER FOR US TO CHECK OUR ACCOUNT TO MAKE SURE THE FUNDS ARE CLEARED, WE ALSO REQUIRE A COMPLETED BOOKING FORM. Making a booking assumes you agree to our terms and conditions. A copy of which will be sent with your booking confirmation letter. A revised PDF version of our T&C can be downloaded here
Bounced cheques will incur a £7.50 charge I'm afraid as this is what we are charged by our bank, you will be asked to supply another payment to secure your booking. You may receive your confirmation letter before a cheque has time to bounce. If this should happen we will advise you immediately.
Your final payment will be due 1 month before the wedding day. You will be advised of this on your confirmation letter. You can pay at any time prior to the month or in installments if this helps.
Post the booking form to our office address. On receipt of your booking we will write straight back to you with your confirmation letter detailing collections, venues and requests. We can send samples of ribbon by request if you have requested your colours.
IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE PUT ADEQUATE POSTAGE (STAMPS) ON YOUR ENVELOPE AS LETTERS WITH INCORRECT POSTAGE GO DIRECTLY BACK TO THE LOCAL POST OFFICE WITH A FEE PAYABLE AND THIS COULD AFFECT YOUR BOOKING AS IT WILL DELAY THE PROCESS. WE ARE NOT ALWAYS ABLE TO COLLECT THE LETTER QUICKLY AND THIS IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. THE POST OFFICE HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED THE POSTAGE COSTING SYSTEM AND A4 AND A5 ENVELOPES REQUIRE A LARGE ENVELOPE STAMP. YOU CAN FOLD AN ENVELOPE DOWN TO A SMALLER SIZE AND TAPE THE SIDES IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SUITABLE SIZE ENVELOPE TO HAND!
You are welcome to view our cars at our base by appointment. Weekends may not always be possible as we are usually attending weddings! A must read page when considering booking a wedding car from any company or private hirer.
BOOKING FORM Please feel free to fill in this form and print it out to send with your deposit. You can press send but please send a copy with your payment (or covering letter with all the details on if you don't have access to a printer) Thank you. This form is for booking only not quotes and enquiries. Please ensure you have checked car availability and cost before filling in this form.

Prices quoted are inclusive of the journeys you stated, Chauffeur, Champagne, and ribbon colours of your choice, up to 4 hours hire from first collection. If you are outside our 30 mile local area your quote will include any extra mileage and time to get to your collection address. Extra hours after 4 hours are chargable at £25 per hour cash on the day unless previously arranged. The price quoted does not include an evening collection from your reception, this is not legally classed as wedding hire. Late night bookings are not generally entertained by our company. Our local wedding cost assumes that all collections and events are within 30 miles of our base.

Please contact us if you have not received your confirmation letter within 7 days. It may mean we haven't received your letter or your confirmation has been lost in the post. We aim to send your confirmation back to you within 3 working days of receiving your letter. It would be awful if your deposit doesn't arrive and then the date is booked in the mean time. You could always let us know you have posted it by phone or email so this doesn't happen.
CARS ARE NOT BOOKED UNTIL A DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.*
To avoid any problems on the day please make sure you have read about the child seat laws especially if you have very young children travelling in our cars please go to FAQ to read the child seat laws at the bottom of the page. Not all of our cars are suitable for children under 3 years and not all classic vehicles have rear seat belts. You are responsible for provision of any child car seats and fitting.
PLEASE NOTE:
We can not 'pencil' dates into our diary. A car will only be booked on receipt of 25% deposit. As soon as a deposit is received the car is confirmed booked, however if you have to change your date and the car you have booked is available on the new date we can swap the details to that date. If the car you have booked isn't available you may choose an alternative. If this happens and the car you have booked was your second choice and your first choice is available on the new date you can swap your vehicle, a charge will only be incurred if the vehicle you have chosen is a higher price to begin with or if details are not the same as the original booking. Please note deposit is non refundable.

* Please be aware that we receive a large number of enquiries for vehicles. We will advise you when you contact us if your choice of car is available, however on occasions other confirmed bookings may arrive in the mean time. If this happens we will notify you and offer you another suitable vehicle or return your payment.
