RESTRUCTURING BEETLE DRIVE UK LTD.

Beetle Drive UK are restructuring our business for the new season 2008. We will no longer have associates and will only market vehicles owned by our company. Vehicles that have been offered by Beetle Drive over the last 4 years such as Mr Tom Dables fleet of cars to include Polly the split screen van and grace the pink beetle and our New Beetle associates and associates from further a field will in future be taking their own bookings and all monies are to be paid directly to them and any bookings made will be directly through their own companies.

We have take the decision to simply supply vehicles that we as a company own to keep the business managable and to provide the customer with a high quality service as we have done since we began. Managing the number of vehicles we have had on the books is quite a task, and we are also launching our funeral business. By doing this it gives us the time to completely dedicate to giving our customers a first class unrivalled service.

We will shortly be including a split screen Van to complete our all white fleet of cars. This vehicle will also be offered with our limouisines for carrying family to funerals. Our rare unusual VW Hearse will be available from 2008.

We would like to wish all of our associates continued success with their businesses and we will still work together at weddings. I would like to add that there has been no animosity between any of us but this works out in the best way for all of our respective companies.

Recent Floods:

Although we are based in Warwickshire which has been badly affected we are continuing our business as usual, we will make every effort to get to all weddings and we are allowing extra time to get to your collection addresses.

We have continued through the heavy rain and floods but if you are in a heavily affected area you need to contact us as soon as possible. We will collect you from another address if we are unable to drive to your collection address.

Where possible please drive your route before the day so that we can make provision if there is a diversion in place. Don't forget your photographer will need to get there too and any other suppliers you have booked.

Our drivers will help in every way to keep you dry and we will park as near to your venues as is possible and provide umbrellas, I personally have carried children through 6 inches of water in the last couple of weeks!

Check with your venues and suppliers to see if they have any problems and to ensure the roads to them are clear. If a diversion is in place please advise us so that we can add extra time to get you to your ceremony.

We highly recommend that you get wedding insurance!
